Who Are Certie?

Created by letting agents, James & Danny Rosenberg, Certie is founded on first hand specialist insight gathered over 30 years running a successful property management business. Whilst growing that business from managing a small handful of properties on day one to a large portfolio of properties today, there have been many challenges, but a common one that remained, regardless of the maturity of our business, was compliance. In fact, over the years it became increasingly clear that, due to the time required to get it right (and the size of the risk associated with getting it wrong), compliance was not only a genuine barrier to profitability and growth, but actually represented a serious reputational and commercial risk to the business. That’s why, after trying all the available solutions, from developing admin-heavy manual systems, to using the various add-ons available within general industry software, we’ve created Certie, to reduce the risk and the threat to our business whilst driving efficiencies, management confidence and unlocking our full potential.

We have built Certie upon a deep understanding of the challenges and direct experience of the common pitfalls that property professionals face on a daily basis.
